1. By entering the Competition, the entrant will be deemed to have legal capacity to do so, you will have read and understood these terms and conditions and you will be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material.
2. Competitions are governed by Australian Law and any matters relating to the Competition will be resolved under Australian Law and the Courts of Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
3. In the event that you participate in a Competition online via the Website, and by accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our Competitions. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any Entrant entering any of our Competitions unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the Website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.
4. To qualify for the competition, you must supply a valid email address and name, plus be able to validate that you are over 18 years of age if requested. Entrants that qualify must be a valid member of MyNext Escape at the time of the prize draw and only subscribed members will be valid in the entry draw. You may unsubscribe at any time, however once unsubscribed you will forfeit your chance to win the prize draw.
5. By subscribing to MyNext Escape you are consenting to join our community and email communications with opportunities to gain extra entries into our prize draw.
6. All other profile questions and chances to earn an extra entry are not mandatory, however are asked and recorded so that MyNext Escape can gain a clearer insight into our audience and the view of our members. These insights are used to shape future content, prize draws and rewards.

9. Competition commences 12:01am on the 1st of February 2019 and closes 11.59pm 31st of January 2020.
10. Respondents must be over 18 years and a residing permanently in Australia.
11. There are 12 prizes of AUD $250 each, to the total value of up to AUD $3,000. Prizes will be paid out in other currencies, as described here, only if the winner is located in one of the following overseas country. United States or Canada - prize value USD $250, New Zealand - prize value NZD $250, The United Kingdom - prive value £125
12. The prize will include a Flight Centre (or equivalent for overseas members) voucher recommended to be put towards your next escape. The voucher may be spent on flights, accommodation, tours and activities available for booking through the voucher provider. The winner must book the holiday through the travel agent as appointed by MyNext Pty Ltd.
13. The winner may choose their entire holiday structure. They will have the freedom to dictate holiday length, travel type, accommodation and activities.
14. If the chosen holiday exceeds the voucher spend, the cost is at the expense of the winner.
15. All Airline choice, Hotel choice and activity/tour terms and conditions apply.
16. The winner must be able to travel within a year of the draw date
17. Prize cannot be converted for cash, sold or auctioned
18. The winners will be drawn at 10am on the first of every month, at MyNext Pty Ltd’s offices, located at Level 2, 11 York St, Sydney, NSW, 2000 and will be randomly selected via computer.
19. The winner will be notified by email and phone (if number provided) on the day of the draw and will be displayed on the MyNext Escape website, social media channels and via email.
20. If the prize is unclaimed by 5pm 14 days after the draw, the winner will be redrawn at MyNext Pty Ltd, at Level 2, 11 York St, Sydney, NSW, 2000 at 12:00pm on the following day and will be randomly selected via computer.
21. The winner of the redraw will be notified by email and phone (if number provided) and displayed on the MyNext Escape website and social channels.
22. MyNext Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend, change, alter or vary any of the terms and conditions detailed above at its sole discretion.
